I'm also a first time user for windows and I never had this problem before i checked msdn and searched, it said to update driver and install, but i can't install for some reason. Hello, I bought my new laptop less than 2 weeks ago, it is a lovely HP elitebook 2570p. I just installed windows 8.1 and I am having a wifi driver issue. when i go to device manager and click on properties of the driver it says that the driver for the device is not compatible with this computer. Although this driver is listed in my Computer's device manager, it cannot be installed.I tried to update the driver, but both of those do do nothing except tell me it needs to be installed. Is this the correct driver for the HP elitebook 2570p? I am trying to connect to my home WiFi. How can i get my laptop to connect to my home WiFi? Where can i get the driver?
