With critical services under pressure, community response highly variable and so many unknowns on what will come next the public sector is being required to shift gears in a way unprecedented in recent history. Every Department, every agency must get their own their own house in order to keep their people safe and and stop the spread whilst simultaneously mobilising their capacity to navigate us all through this crisis.

This is the distillation of those conversations into a few tips and ideas for people in different roles and situations to help drive up the quality of decision making and kick the public sector into top gear.
